In 2001, Tom established Pure AIR and began providing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Electrical services to Orange County and surrounding areas. Services include design, installation, and maintenance of residential and commercial HVAC systems.

Tom’s ability to design and solve difficult HVAC system problems sets him aside from the competition. Today, Pure AIR is among the leading HVAC contractors in Southern California, and its service area has focused on Orange County and surrounding areas. Pure AIR’s services have also expanded to include indoor air quality and zoning comfort controls, air duct cleaning, and asbestos abatement.

Meet The Owners
Tom Nguyen obtained his undergraduate degrees in both mechanical and electrical engineering at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia where he graduated summa cum laude and was valedictorian of his class. Tom went on to receive his graduate degree in nuclear engineering from the University of Virginia, then joined Los Alamos National Laboratories where he worked on various top-secret projects.
